Abstract:
To provide a method and apparatus for treating a liquid containing soluble organic matters via the membrane separation activated sludge treatment method, preventing a trouble of membrane permeability, foaming, scum development, increase in viscosity, and the like.
The process for treating the liquid containing the soluble organic matters via the membrane separation activated sludge treatment method is controlled on the basis of monitoring the status of the bacteria of Flectobacillus family in the liquid containing the soluble organic matters mixed with the activated sludge.
