Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a size and a weight to be reduced, to save a space of a stocking place and to alleviate a type switching work of a printed board to be inspected. SOLUTION: A lower side adapter 1 has an inspecting connector 11 electrically connected to a measuring unit, and is mounted at a lower side jig mounting part. A small-sized lower side jig 2 has a contact probe and a board side connector 21. The connector 21 is electrically connected to the probe, and can be connected to the connector 11. The jig 2 has a support 22 of a soldering surface of the printed board to be inspected, and is detachably mounted at the adapter 1. An upper side adapter 3 is mounted at the upper side jig mounting part. A small-sized upper side jig 4 is detachably mounted at the adapter 3 so as to be able to press the board to be inspected mounted at the support 22.
