Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring and mixing apparatus rotatable both on its own axis and revolving around a rotary center and capable of shortening the stirring and mixing time and at the same time heightening the stirring and mixing efficiency by decreasing the air entangling amount at the time of mixing and lessening the air pockets at the time of pulling a stirring blade. SOLUTION: One stirring blade 10 formed into a reverse L-shape and rotatable both on its own axis and around a rotary center is hung on a driving motor 8, which is provided with reduction gears 7 in a transverse beam 6 bridged on supporting poles 2, through a planetary gear mechanism 9 in an upper part of a vertical type cylindrical mixing container 5. The vertical type cylindrical mixing container 5 on a base plate 3 is made movable up and down by elevating mechanism 12 such as cylinders installed in the supporting poles 12 through engaging members 11 formed in the side faces. At the time of stirring materials of a viscous main material, the vertical type cylindrical mixing container 5 is elevated to the position of the stirring blade 10 by the elevating mechanism 12 to stir the materials.
