To provide an image printer provided with a discount function for the printing fee of a photograph with advertisement, and to provide an image printing system, an image printing method and a program.

When a user makes a print vender 100 read image data photographed by a digital camera (a step S1) and selects thumbnail images to be displayed (steps S2 to S4), pieces of main image data of the thumbnail images are fetched in the print vender 100 (a step S5). Next, main images are checked and when advertisement images exist in the main images, the advertisement images are extracted and normalized (steps S6, S7). Next, the normalized images are successively compared with the advertisement images registered in a database, whether or not the normalized images coincide with any of the registered advertisement images is judged (a step S8), when the images coincide, discounted fees are calculated and displayed and when the fee is paid (steps S10 to S12), the selected images are successively printed (a step S13).
