To reduce the total generation of electric energy of an electric energy generator, optimize the scale of the electric energy generator and the capacity of an electric energy storage device and harmonize a regular time operation of a movable body with the decrease of the generation of electric energy.
The movable body controller 17 controls the movable body 1 including the electric energy generator 11 and the electric energy storage device 13. The movable body controller 17 determines the generation of the electric energy by the electric energy generator 11 and a discharge of the electric energy storage device 13 relative to each position of the movable body 1 in accordance with operation data showing a relation between each position of the movable body 1 and a travel mode so that the total generation of the electric energy calculated by an evaluation function for obtaining the total generation of the electric energy of the electric energy generator 11 in a plurality of blocks of a travel line is located within a prescribed generation tolerance including a minimum value.
