Abstract:
To provide equipment and a method for manufacturing an inflation film reduced in flight marks which consists of an ultra-high molecular weight polyolefin, to provide an inflation film little in thickness unevenness, and to provide a stretched tape little in the unevenness of fineness.
The inflation film having reduced flight marks and less thickness unevenness can be obtained by the inflation film manufacturing equipment which is equipped with, as to the second screw of the screw die, the one which has such a shape as the flight height 110 gradually becomes lower like a taper. The stretched tape less in the unevenness of fineness can be obtained by cutting the inflation film and then drawing it.
