To support reservation registration of a person who repeatedly uses a taxi by simplifying registration works of required matters in the case of registering taxi dispatch reservation for boarding air service.
A reservation acceptance means 11 inputs a departure date from a user terminal. After authentication by a member authentication means 12, a personal schedule information acquisition means 13 acquires a name of flight which a member schedules to board on the departure date from a personal schedule information master DB 24. A flight information acquisition means 14 acquires an air carrier, an airport of departure, an airport of arrival and scheduled departure time of the air service from a flight information master DB 25. A detailed destination acquisition means 15 acquires a detailed destination from any of a personal history table 22 which accumulates history of reservation registration and a detailed destination master DB 23 which determines drop-off places (detailed destinations) by every air carrier and airport of departure. A reservation information creation means 17 displays the reservation contents including the detailed destination on the user terminal 3, creates and outputs matters (reservation information) required for vehicle reservation based on the reservation contents when a confirmation instruction of a user is received.
