Abstract:
To provide a nonoriented silicon steel sheet combinedly having excellent mechanical properties and magnetic properties required as a rotor for a motor rotating at a high speed, and to provide a production method therefor.
The nonoriented silicon steel sheet for the rotor has a composition comprising, by mass, ≤0.04% C, ≤3.5% Si, 0.1 to 2.5% Mn, ≤2.5% Al, ≤0.2% P, ≤0.03% S and ≤0.005% N, and the balance substantially Fe, and in which the area ratio of recrystallized parts is <25%.
