To keep a high pressure at a threshold value in all of refrigerant circuit systems in an air conditioner including the plurality of refrigerant circuit systems, and allowing an air distribution fan to be shared by condensers individually corresponding to the refrigerant circuit systems.
Each refrigerant circuit system of this air conditioner is provided with a condenser bypass circuit capable of bypassing a refrigerant distributed from a compressor to the condenser. In this air conditioner, an opening of an bypass electric valve constituting each condenser bypass circuit is controlled to keep high pressure in each refrigerant circuit system at threshold high pressure, and an air volume of the air distribution fan is controlled to be reduced when the high pressure in the refrigerant circuit system having the bypass electric value reaching control upper limit among the plurality of refrigerant circuit systems, is lower than the threshold high pressure.
