To provide an electronic data management method capable of reducing utilization costs of time stamp service by a third-party organization and identifying altered electronic data in an electronic data management method utilizing the time stamp service.

The electronic data management method stores a plurality of electronic data in a storage of a management server 10 successively while utilizing the time stamp service by a third-party organization. The electronic data management method includes: an electronic data storage process for successively storing electronic data to which a finger print has been given while giving the finger print of electronic data stored immediately before to the next electronic data; and a time stamp acquisition process for acquiring a time stamp by the third-party organization for electronic data to which the prescribed finger print has been given for storing the time stamp in the storage.
