Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric transfer element with low drop in photoelectric conversion characteristic and long durability, a solar cell and a solar cell module using this photoelectric conversion element. SOLUTION: A coloring matter sensitized photoelectric conversion element has a conductive support; a semiconductor fine particle-containing layer, in which the coloring matter is adsorbed, coated on the conductive support, a hole transfer layer, and a counter electrode. The photoelectric conversion element has the hole transfer layer having a conjugated cyclic compound of a nitrogen containing heterocycle, and a solar cell and a solar cell module use this photoelectric conversion element.
