Provided is a terminal connection device capable of stabilizing contact of contact portion even in a case that center misalignment of connected terminals is caused by the flowing of a big current due to accident, without increasing pressing force of pressing members. The terminal connection device of the present invention includes a plurality of contact elements 3 arranged on a peripheral surface of opposing ends of a first terminal 1 and a second terminal 2 to stride across these two ends, a guide plate 4 fixed to an end surface of the first terminal 1 to allow a plurality of indentations formed in circumference to be engaged with an engagement groove 3c in an inner side of the respective contact elements 3 to restrict the respective contact elements 3 from moving in an axial direction and a circumference direction, and a ring-shaped pressing member 5 assembled to a plurality of dents formed in a circumference surface of the respective contact elements 3 engaged with the guide plate 4 to apply a pressing force toward the axle center with respect to the respective contact elements 3, wherein a guide ring 6 is loosly engaged on the circumference surface of the respective contact elements 3 with a small gap formed therebetween.
