Abstract:
To improve after-burn promotion effect and increase of EGR rate by efficiently performing heat exchange between secondary air supplied to exhaust system and EGR gas supplied intake system.
At least part of a secondary air pipe 14 supplying secondary air to the exhaust system and EGR pipe 11 supplying EGR gas to the intake system is formed in a double pipe structure 15 in which one is laid inside and another is laid outside to warm up secondary air at a time of cold engine and to cool EGR gas.
