To provide an antifouling paint composition capable of maintaining an antifouling effect for a long time.
The antifouling paint composition includes [A] an elution controlling agent containing one or two or more kinds of modified silicone oils (a-1) formed by replacing a part of methyl groups of side chains of a dimethyl silicone oil with one or two or more kinds of organic groups, [B] a spreading resin and [C] antifouling chemicals containing one or two or more selected from among n-octadecyl amine-triphenyl borane, 3-(2-ethylhexyloxy) propylamine-triphenyl borane and tetraethyl thiuram disulfide, wherein 0.5 to 50 pts.wt. modified silicone oil (a-1) is contained in 100 pts.wt. spreading resin [B], 1 to 200 pts.wt. antifouling chemicals [C] are contained in 100 pts.wt. spreading resin [B] and the organic group includes at least one of an aralkyl group and a ≥6C alkyl group and optionally includes a polyether group.
