Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel playing method using receiving call tunes of portable telephone sets. SOLUTION: The portable telephone set is provided with a plurality of button switches, on which signs such as numerals or the like are marked; a memory for storing receiving call tune data; a speaker for emitting a tune based on the receiving call tune data; a display data extracting part for extracting display data corresponding to the sign based on the receiving call tune data; and a display for displaying the display data outputted from the display data extracting part. In a game method, synchronized with the tune emitted from the speaker, display corresponding to each sign is preformed sequentially on the display, and timely input of the button switch is prompted so as to input the button switch, on which the sign same as the sign sequentially displayed on the display is marked. A game is proceeded by judging accuracy of the timing of the input and/or matching/unmatching of the sign marked on the inputted button switch.
