A communication apparatus 2 transmits a signal-denoting setting of grouping information to a switching sensor A3 and a human-sensing sensor A5 and transmits a signal denoting deletion of the grouping information to a switching sensor B4 and a human-sensing sensor B6 through a transmission means 9. An analysis-changing means 12 for the switching sensor A3 and the human-sensing sensor A5 analyze the information and store the information to a group storage means 11, since the information transmitted from the communication apparatus 2 indicates that the sensors are objects which are of own alerting. An analysis-changing means 12 for the switching sensor B4 and the human-sensing sensor B6 analyze the information and delete the grouping information stored in the group storage means 11, since the information transmitted from the communication apparatus 2 indicates that the sensors are no longer the objects which are of own alerting.
