To prevent the outflow of a content image by erasing the content image, which is displayed and held in a display recording medium EP in a no power supply state, in response to a usage area and a usage situation.
A security monitor device 63 monitors whole kinds of electronic paper EP concerning a communication area which is formed by a control communication means 64, determines whether each piece of electronic paper EP exists in a designated area or not, transmits an erasure instruction signal to the electronic paper EP existing at the outer side of the designated area by the control communication means 64, and erases the content image which the electronic paper EP displays and holds in a display part 2. A processing part 3 is defined as an attachable/detachable clip 40, so as to erase the content image displayed and held in the display part 2 when the clip 40 is detached from the display part 2.
