To provide a cognitive skill evaluating system capable of obtaining a highly reliable result of evaluation on the cognitive skill of a subject in a short period of time and by a simple method.

First, visual stimulation is given to the subject by performing stimulative display (display in stimulative colors) on a plurality of cells 23A, 23B and 23C one by one on a display panel of a touch-panel type display means, and the subject is made to memorize the order of display of the stimulative display. Next, the subject is made to reproduce the order of display of the stimulative display based on the subject's memory, and the input operation (touching the cell positions on the display panel by finger) by the subject as the act of reproduction is received. Then, after determining the true/false of the reproduction of the order of display based on the result of the reception, data obtained by the receiving process of the input operation including the result of determination are displayed on the display panel or saved in an external memory device.
