Abstract:

To provide a material capable of securely and easily realizing the deposition of a metallic film.

In the method for manufacturing metallic superfine particles, a quaternary ammonium salt type metallic complex compound expressed by the general formula: (R1R2R3R4N)x(MyAz) (wherein, R1-R4are each a same or different hydrocarbon group and may have a substituent group; M is a transition metal; A is an organic sulfur ligand; (x) is an integer higher than zero; (y) is an integer higher than zero; and (z) is an integer higher than zero) is used as a starting raw material, and the central metal is reduced by reductive elimination reaction by the reducing elimination reaction of the organic sulfur ligand in the compound.
