To provide an image processor capable of obtaining a smooth image.

The image processor 1 decimates images photographed with a first number of frames per second at a predetermined interval and outputs an image of second number of frames smaller than the first number of frames every second. The image processor 1 comprises a means 4 for delaying an ineffective frame decimated immediately before the effective frame of an image of second number of frames by one frame of first number of frames, a first filter section 5 having a filter for blurring the image of ineffective frame, a second filter section 6 having filter characteristics reverse to those of the first filter section 5 and emphasizing the image of the effective frame, and an adder 7 for overlapping the image of the ineffective frame blurred at the first filter section 5 and the image of the effective frame emphasized at the second filter section 6.
