To enable a charging port lid and a drain port lid to be easily opened and closed and further attached and detached and to enable the lids to be easily placed without collecting residue or drain water in a lock used for the lids and while preventing the drain from infiltrating in the lock.
Opening/closing latch locks 12, 13 of a two-point locking method are arranged at the front end of the upper face of the charging port lid 5 and one deep end side thereof. The charging port lid 5 is made foldable by mounting a hinge device for opening/closing between the charging port lid 5 and an auxiliary drain port lid 7, and only the charging port lid 5 is made to be freely opened and closed while the drain port lid 7 is placed to close a drain cup 19. The opening/closing latch lock 12 with a handle for always opening/closing the lid is mounted at the front edge of the charging port lid 5 at the front side, and further the latch lock 13 for attachment/detachment for attaching/detaching the charging port lid 5 and the auxiliary drain port lid 7 is arranged at the one deep end side. The latch lock 12 with the handle is made to be the structural means of a recessed invasion protection pocket wall 30 having a turning pivot storage part 29 and prevents the invasion of the drain water. In addition, a protruded wall face 33 is formed at a handle space part 22 in the latch lock to reduce the cavitation of the vicinity of the handle.
