Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide service information that is highly accurate and easy to be retrieved and also to quickly provide a part for repair. SOLUTION: A service information managing server 1 is provided with a failure condition retrieval processing part 4 retrieving a failure cause from the condition of a failure of a device in which deficiency takes place and a list of check items, an answer processing part 5 performing an answer to the failure cause and its correspondence from a specified example, an order part reception processing part 8 which is provided with a database where past examples, answer sentences corresponding to the examples, part information necessary to repair or the like are stored, retrieves the condition of the deficiency inquired from a user, finds a failure cause inferred from the past examples and makes a correspondence answer, also receives orders of parts estimated as necessary for failure repair, checking, etc., and processes the order, and a repair reception processing part 7 performing reception processing of a repair request.
