Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restart a torque control without relying on the judgment and operation of a train driver by providing an induction motor state detecting part which inputs a primary angular frequency and, if its absolute value is equal to or lower than a preset primary angular frequency, flags a control switching at regular intervals of time, and by providing a torque controlling part which restarts a torque control. SOLUTION: A torque controlling part 11 inputs a current I, a rotational angular frequency ω m, a torque command T*, an input voltage VDC, an operation command S and a control switching flag F. If the control switching flag F is flagged in a state that the operation command S is emitted, the controlling part 11 interrupts the torque control and restarts it after performing a starting mode. A speed computing element 13 inputs the current I and voltage V of an induction motor 12 and computes a primary angular frequency ω, a slip angular frequency and the rotational angular frequency ωm. An IM state detecting part 14 inputs the primary angular frequency ω. If its absolute value is equal to or lower than a preset primary angular frequency or lower, the detecting part 14 raises and outputs the control switching flag F at intervals of a preset time, thereby enabling the torque control to be restarted without relying on the judgment and operation of a train driver.
