Abstract:
To provide a thermal power generation element constituted of a thermocouple and capable of obtaining thermoelectromotive force more efficiently.
A solid structure 108 (first heat conductor) touching on a contact 106 is provided and a space exists above a contact 107. On an insulation layer 102, a wire 104 and a wire 105 composed of a conductive material having a different thermoelectric power are connected at one end with the contact 106 to constitute a thermocouple 103. A solid structure body 108 composed of a solid state metal is arranged on the thermocouple 103, and gas (second heat conductor) is arranged on the other end of the wire 104 and the metal wire 105.
