Abstract:
A management system (100) for management of an issuer and a taste-appreciative period comprises a plurality of label printers (110) print food labeling information on labels and output the printed labels and a label issuance management system (130) that sets at least issuer identification information for every label printer when information to identify a person who is permitted to operate the label printer for the issuance of the label is determined to be the issuer identification information. The label issuance management system (130) receives from the label printer (110) to which the issuer identification information is set, after the issuance of the label, label issuance history information caused by the label printer operation at the label issuance, stores the label issuance history information received from the label printer for every label printer (110) and carries out information processing. Thus, the label issuance history information can be unitarily managed for every label printer by which the label is issued by the person who is permitted to operate the label printer for the label issuance.
