Abstract:
The elbow-joint prosthesis has a humeral component or hinge pin with a first curved articulation surface. There is a cubital component (20) with a second articulation surface (S 2). The component has a spike (21) driven into the bone. A clamping member (30) is fastened to the cubital component and has a third articulation surface (S 3) accommodating the hinge pin. The humeral component has a spike driven into the bone and a fork holding the hinge pin. The fastening for the clamping member has a dovetail fork arrangement (35) on one side and a threaded bore (26) and a socket for a bolt on the other side.
