SOLUTION: This system has a database part, a figure prediction part, a capability decision part, a path prediction part, and a decision part and movement paths of a user of the building or building facilities are predicted on the basis of the physical size, physical capability, and in-use equipment of the user to judge whether or not the user is able to pass.
