Abstract:

To provide a material for electrolytic solution in which ionic conductivity is improved, corrosiveness to an electrode or the like is suppressed, and which is stable with passage of time and is electrochemically stable in high potential.

This material for electrolytic solution contains a chemical compound in which anion expressed by a general formula (1) (in the formula, X expresses at least one kind of element selected from B, N, O, Al, Si, P, S, As and Se. M1and M2are respectively the same or different, and represent organic coupling groups. A is an integer of 1 or more, and b, c, and d are integers of 0 or more) is indispensable. One kind can be used for the anion, and two kinds or more may be used. This material for electrolytic solution can be used suitably as a medium (solvent) and/or as an electrolyte which are materials to constitute the electrolytic solution of an electrochemical device. This is the solution in which the compound having the anion expressed by the general formula (1) as indispensable, preferably has a constant volume, and is a liquid having fluidity at a room temperature (25°C). Specifically, it is preferable that this is a liquid of 300 mPa×s or less at room temperature (25°C). More preferably, this is the liquid of 200 mPa×s or less, and furthermore preferably, this is the liquid of 100 mPa×s or less.
