Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate processing for generating a net. SOLUTION: This method has a first step for dividing the area of LSI package and the area of LSI chip radially from the prescribed position of the LSI package into prescribed areas, a second step for defining a terminal group except for the terminal of LSI package disposed at the prescribed position of the LSI package as one stage for each prescribed divided area and defining the terminal group of the LSI package arranged at the prescribed position of the LSI package as one stage and a third step for generating the net in a gap formed between the adjacent terminals of the stage composed of terminals except for the terminal of the LSI package closer to the terminal of the LSI package in comparison with the prescribed stage from the terminal except for the terminal of the LSI package on the prescribed stage and generating the net in a gap formed between the adjacent terminals of the stage closer to the terminal except for the terminal of the LSI package in comparison with the prescribed stage from the terminal of the LSI package on the prescribed stage.
