Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the storing efficiency taking the transport efficiency of material into consideration by moving materials stored in shelves to a proper position. SOLUTION: Proper material position data Ti is generated from a current material position data Gi for grasping which position of shelves material is stored, what kind of material it is, and what the array is like. Sequence control data Si for controlling a three-dimensional cutter 51 is generated from the proper material position data Ti and the current material position data Gi. The storing efficiency and transport efficiency of material M controlled by the sequence control data Si to be stored in a three-dimensional shelf is properly kept.
