Abstract:

To provide a solid electrolyte fuel cell unit having structure removing reaction heat with low temperature air without lowering power generation efficiency.

This solid electrolyte fuel cell unit uses a cell pipe 10 partitioning an air chamber 6, a fuel chamber 7, an exhaust gas chamber 8, and a cell chamber 9 with a tube sheet, and preventing mixing of fuel, air, exhausted air, and exhausted gas except for mixing of the exhaust air and the exhaust gas. A reaction air heating dispersing pipe 11 opened in the cell chamber is arranged between the cell pipes 10 in the cell chamber 9, reaction heat in the cell chamber 9 is removed with low temperature air supplied from the air chamber 6 to the reaction air heating dispersing pipe 11, and air is heated to an appropriate level by utilizing the reaction heat and released in the cell chamber 9 and equally dispersed. The reaction air heating dispersing pipe 11 is suspended with an air camber tube sheet 3, an inner pipe 20 of the the cell pipe 10 having double pipe structure is suspended with a fuel chamber tube sheet 4, an outer pipe 21 of the cell pipe 10 is suspended with an exhaust gas chamber tube sheet 5, and other tube sheet passing through parts are formed in flexible seal structure with flexible seal rings 15, 16.
