To provide a conductive glass having a small electrical resistance and a large light transmittance and a photoelectric transfer device having a high photoelectric transfer efficiency using the conductive glass.
This is a conductive glass in which a glass substrate 1 forming a transparent conductive film 2 on the surface is provided and recessed grooves 3 are formed on the glass substrate having this transparent conductive film, and the recessed grooves are filled by forming wiring 4 made mainly of metal in this recessed grooves, and a second transparent conductive film 5 is formed so as to cover together the transparent conductive film 2 and the surface of the metal 4, and a photoelectric transfer device using the same.
