To provide a foliar spraying agent for fruit tree and/or fruit vegetable which promotes the coloration of the fruit or the like and allows the fruit or the like to keep long.

The foliar spraying agent for fruit tree and/or fruit vegetable contains a potassium component and a phosphoric acid component as main effective components wherein the mass ratio (ϕ) of (K2O/P2O5) is in a range of relation (1), which is 1.0≤ϕ≤2.5 (1), and the concentration in spraying is in a range of relations (2) and (3), which are 10≤K2O≤5,000 ppm (2) and 10≤P2O5≤5,000 ppm (3). The foliar spraying agent is obtained by using a water-soluble potassium salt as at least a part of the potassium component and one selected from ortho-phosphoric acid, condensed phosphoric acid and condensed potassium phosphate as the phosphoric acid component and mixing to satisfy the said conditions. A sucrose fatty acid ester is blended to stabilize the effect.
