Abstract:
A combined cycle power generating system in which power generating efficiency is increased when a combined cycle power generation is performed by using normal pressure residue oil obtained by distilling stock oil at normal pressure by a normal pressure distillation means, wherein the normal pressure residue oil obtained by distilling the stock oil by the normal pressure distillation means (1) is distilled at a reduced pressure by a reduced pressure distillation means (10) under specified conditions so as to separate reduced pressure residue oil from light-gravity crude oil, the light-gravity crude oil is fed to a gas turbine (21) as fuel whereby the gas turbine (21) is driven so as to generate power on a gas turbine power generating part (20), whereas, the reduced pressure residue oil is fed, as heat source, to a boiler part (31) of a steam turbine power generating part (30) together with hot exhaust gas delivered from the gas turbine (21), and a steam turbine (32) is driven by steam generated in the boiler part so as to generate power on the steam turbine power generating part (30), whereby, because the normal pressure residue oil can be used as fuel for the gas turbine (21) and boiler part (31), the power generating efficiency of a combined cycle power generation is increased.
