Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: Th prevent unentered transaction history data of a customer of a final institution from being deleted by reducing the amount by which this transaction history data is saved. SOLUTION: When a customer 1 performs a transaction using a card at an automated transaction device 2, a host computer 3 determines whether or not the amount of unentered transaction history data of the customer 1 has reached a certain amount; if the certain amount is reached, guidance is provided to urge the customer to enter the data in a bankbook using the automated transaction device 2.
