Abstract:
To provide a settlement workflow system capable of flexibly coping with presence/absence of an examiner/approver or the like.
This workflow system wherein settlement is performed through tasks of examination and approval has: a means holding a route frame set with a substitutional proxy examiner and the regular examiner about the task of the examination, and set with a substitutional proxy approver and the regular approver about the task of the approval; a means moving the task of the examination from the examiner to the proxy examiner when satisfying a prescribed condition; and a means moving the task of the approval from the approver to the proxy approver when satisfying a prescribed condition.
