Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute uniform and high precise bending work by dynamic torque control, and to shorten the development time by shortening the teaching time, eliminating troublesome teaching work by a worker. SOLUTION: In the continuous bending work following torque data based on the bending program, dynamic torque data is specified at each step to make each axis operate automatically so as to confirm the dynamic torque, fine adjustment is conducted automatically for the position data of each axis so that the dynamic torque becomes the specified dynamic torque, and the above fine adjusted position data of each axis is stored automatically to use the stored data as the teaching data when the dynamic torque data is within the allowable range to the specified data.
