Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin panel which shows high rigidity and a high degree of shape freedom. SOLUTION: This resin panel 1 is structured of two heat-plastic resin sheets 2 and 3 and a fiber mat 4 sandwiched between the former sheets, the fiber mat 4 being composed of heat-plastic resin fibers or glass fibers coated with a heat-plastic resin applied to the surface. Further, these heat-plastic resin fibers or the heat-plastic resin on the surface of the fibers are thermally welded to each other. In addition, the inside face of the heat-plastic resin sheets 2 and 3 and the fibers constituting the fiber mat 4 coming into contact with the inside face are mutually welded.
