Abstract:
To provide a capsule endoscope allowing an operator to easily observe the course of a treated portion.
This capsule endoscope 10 is provided with a capsule body 12 and arms 14a and 14b disposed outside the capsule body 12 and locking the capsule body 12 to the interior of an organism in a position separated from an object. The capsule body 12 is disposed with an objective lens 18a and an illumination lens 18b in positions separated from the organism when the capsule body 12 is locked to the organism with the arms 14a and 14b.
