Abstract:
To provide a method of manufacturing a solar battery with high conversion efficiency at a low cost by forming an electrode with a high aspect ratio and low resistivity, and to provide the solar battery manufactured by the method.
In the manufacturing method of the solar battery including a step of forming the electrode on a substrate by using conductive paste, a groove for electrode forming is formed on at least the substrate and thereafter the conductive paste is filled in the electrode forming groove by reduced pressure to form the electrode.
