To provide a ceramic green sheet with smooth surfaces having not thicker than 1.5 μm dielectric ceramic layer and not thicker than 0.6 μm inner electrode, and it is conveniently used for manufacturing a laminated ceramic capacitor.

This ceramic green sheet 21 contains a first 22 and a second 23 inorganic powders. and when the average particle diameter of the first inorganic powder 22 is expressed in rA[nm], that of the second inorganic powder 23 is expressed in rB[nm], and the volume ratio of the second inorganic powder 23 to the total of the inorganic powder 22 and 23 is expressed in VB[volume %], they satisfy the conditions 0.3≤rB/rA≤0.4 and (40×rB/rA)-10≤VB≤25, 0.2B/rA<0.3 and 2≤VB≤25, or 0.1≤rB/rA≤0.2 and 6-(20×rB/rA)≤VB≤25, and when rB<30, it is made to satisfy the condition VB≤20.
