Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply, certainly, and efficiently perform one-to-one marketing, which provides information customized to each customer, to improve customer's reliability. SOLUTION: This electronic mail providing method is equipped with an e-mail generator 801, which generates a plurality of e-mails that are to be sent to customers and related to each other, an e-mail register 802, which registers the generated e-mails, an event input part 803, which inputs information related to predetermined events, a judgement part 804, which judges, amoung unsent e-mails that are registered in the e-mail register 802, an e-mail which should be canceled based on information related to a predetermined event inputted, and an e-mail transmitter 806, which transmits unsent e-mail that are registered and not canceled to customers' e-mail addresses in a predetermined order at a specified time interval.
