Abstract:

To provide a method for manufacturing a solar cell element capable of reducing the resistance value of a collector electrode by reducing irregularities on the surface of the collector electrode formed by screen printing process and also contributing to the improvement of photoelectric transfer characteristics.

The screen printing processing is repeated for multiple times when the collector electrode 5 of the solar cell element is formed with the screen printing of conductive paste (d). In this case, each of the screen printing processings is performed by using different meshed patterns. The surface of the formed collector electrode 5 is flattened by a plurality of the screen printing processings.
