To provide a server, a system, a method, and a program for update data distribution and distributed data for simplifying the distribution processing of programs and data and the management of data concerned with the distribution processing.

The update data distribution server which distributes update data for updating a program or data installed on a client has: a distribution management master which stores user information regarding the client; an update master which contains binarized update data; a distribution table which stores as records the binarized update data to be distributed by clients; a user information registering means of registering the user information in the distribution management master; an update data registering means of registering the update data in the update master; an extracting means of extracting the client to which the update data stored in the update master are distributed; and an update data storage means of storing the update data to be distributed into the distribution table by extracted clients.
