Abstract:
To provide an apparatus for supplying plastic fat such as margarine or butter which has a simple structure and in which the fat is controllably stirred in the apparatus for quantitatively supplying solid fat lump in a uniformly stirred state from a discharge port.
The supply apparatus 1 is constituted of a fat feeding part 2, a stirring part 7, a nozzle part 9, and a control part 19. A rotary stirring body 72 is provided rotatably inside the cylinder 71 of the stirring part 7 and one or a plurality of stirring members 73 are arranged around the rotary shaft of the rotary stirring body 72.
