To provide an apparatus control device capable of surely controlling the turning-on/off of an illumination apparatus.
This fixed time control unit 10 is provided with: a built-in relay 36 of which the turning on and off is controlled by fixed time control of turning on an illumination apparatus when it is determined based on a signal input by a brightness input means 31 that brightness is low, and turning off the illumination apparatus when it is determined that a present time counted by a timer means is set at a predetermined time, and which is connected to a remote control relay changing over the illumination apparatus from the turning on to the turning on, and vice versa, and changes over the remote control relay from the turning on to the turning off, and vice versa when the turning on is changed over to the turning off by the fixed time control, and vice versa; and a remote control relay state detection circuit 61 detecting the on/off-state of the remote control relay. The fixed time control unit 10 controls the on/off-state of the built-in relay 36 to make the on/off-state of the remote control relay detected by the remote control relay state detection circuit 61 coincident with the state of the built-in relay 36.
