A car-mounted radio control apparatus which is mounted on a vehicle and controls a car-mounted radio, includes a counting means which counts an integrated value of consumption current of the car-mounted radio and the car-mounted radio control apparatus during engine stop, and a function restriction means which restricts functions of the car-mounted radio according to the integrated value of consumption current. The function restriction means restricts the functions of the car-mounted radio in stages according to the integrated value of consumption current, and stops operations of the car-mounted radio when the integrated value of consumption current reaches a predetermined value.
