Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control circuit for a magnetic levitation type pump capable of controlling a magnetic bearing relative to disturbance to a pump in fast response and stably supporting an impeller even if using the pump for the portable use. SOLUTION: Outputs of sensors S1, S2, and S3 for detecting distances between electromagnets M1, M2, plus M3 and the impeller 23 of the magnetic levitation type pump 200 are amplified, and voltages a, b, and c proportional to gaps between the respective electromagnets and the impeller are impressed to a phase compensating circuit 207. Limit circuits L1, L2, and L3 are connected to prior stages of integrating circuits I1, I2, and I3, the limit circuits L1, L2, and L3 are made to pass through only when the input signal is a positive voltage signal, the negative voltage signal is forcedly set to 0 V, and the electromagnets M1, M2, and M3 are driven by the output of the phase compensating circuit 207 via limit circuits LM1, LM2, and LM3 and power amplifiers A1, A2, and A3.
