Abstract:
To provide a method and apparatus for constructing a water sealing layer by spraying in which soil such as on-site turned-up soil comprising various components such as sandy soil and fine-grained soil is used as stock of a spraying material.
Soil such as on-site turned-up soil 10 is artificially dried, this dried soil 10 is mixed with bentonite 17 as a clay material to produce mixed soil 18 and water is added to the mixed soil 18 to produce a spraying material 23. This spraying material 23 is sprayed on a prescribed place on which a water sealing layer 36 should be formed, e.g., on a slope face 35 to form a water sealing layer 36.
