To provide a method of producing a self-fluidity hydraulic composition which has no variation and is stable in the fluidity of slurry between production lots and is improved in product yield at production in a self-leveling material containing Portland cement as a hydraulic component.
The self-fluidity hydraulic composition contains a Portland cement-containing hydraulic component and a water-reducing agent and/or thickener. The production method for this composition comprises measuring the content of free calcium oxide contained in Portland cement, and mixing the water-reducing agent and/or thickener with the hydraulic component containing Portland cement in which the content of free calcium oxide is ≤1 mass%.
